Notice of Interest – Design and Construction Services

The Cambria Community Healthcare District (CCHD) is seeking to identify qualified firms interested in design and/or construction services for upcoming capital projects, including make-ready work for the New Ambulance Station project.

This Letter of Interest serves as a general notification to the architectural, engineering, and construction communities of CCHD’s intent to solicit proposals for services that support the planning, design, and construction of critical public health and emergency response infrastructure.

Future solicitations may include Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), or other procurement formats, depending on the project scope and delivery method. Firms of all sizes, including those with experience in healthcare, emergency services, or essential facilities, are encouraged to monitor opportunities.
