Dawn Kulesa

Dawn Kulesa is the founder of Lifestyle & Fitness Coaching, where she provided customized personal training, virtual coaching & fitness services to individuals and small groups in Oro Valley, Arizona. Ms. Kulesa was selected as the “Commit to Be Fit” Coach for Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona. In this role she provided wellness presentations & fitness tips to community participants for the hospital’s annual motivational wellness program.

In addition, Ms. Kulesa created and directed a women’s fitness program: Women in Motion, and coached local runners and walkers through various marathon training programs in partnership with All About Running & Walking, a community running store. For over 15 years, she has coached individuals in pursuit of wellness.

As a passionate philanthropist, in 2005 Dawn co-founded the Harvest for Hope 5k – a Tucson community celebration where participants walk or run and raise food and dollars to assist neighbors in need of emergency food assistance for the local food bank.

Dawn also had the opportunity to coach executives on leadership skills starting in 2003 for D&J Consulting, Inc., a management consulting firm. Dawn guided & inspired leaders to tap their excellence while delivering high impact results for themselves and their organizations.

Prior to her position at D&J, Dawn commenced her career at Intel Corporation in 1992, where she held a variety of management and executive coaching and training roles.

Ms. Kulesa was awarded national certifications as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Lifestyle Coach from the American Council on Exercise. She also holds an M.S.W and a B.S.W from the University of Illinois in Champaign, Illinois.

Dawn recently moved to lovely Cambria, California in January, 2022, with her husband and two golden retrievers.
